Stuffing Cake with Elite Cuisine ECM-2919 Bundt Cake Maker

The Elite Cuisine ECM-2919 Bundt Cake Maker is a neat cooking appliance that makes 6.5-inch cakes. It rotates to make evenly baked cakes. It has non-stick coating for easy cleaning. In this video, I used it to make a stuffing cake with mozzarella, ricotta, and Parmesan cheese. I also used 3 eggs and sweet peppers. I cooked each side for 7 minutes.
