Stuffed Chicken Chaffles for Keto Using Presto Stuffler

The Presto Stuffler is one of my favorite waffle makers. It makes 5-inch (d), two-inch thick stuffed waffles. You can use it for keto chaffles too. As you can see in the below video, I used it to make stuffed chicken chaffles. I used Parmesan, egg whites, a bit of gelatin and almond flour, and some seasoning. I kept an eye on total carbs to make sure it was keto friendly.
