Quinoa is a healthy superfood to add to your diet. You can have it with chicken, beef, and everything in between. In this video, I show you how I made quinoa muffins with beef. I used parmesan, ground beef, onion, garlic powder, and a big tomato.I fried the beef with tomatoes for 10 minutes, added the other ingredients, and put it all in the over for 50 minutes.
