Preparing a quick lunch doesn’t have to be complicated. You can do it with simple ingredients such as chicken and potatoes. In fact, that is exactly what I show in the below video. For this meal, I used chicken pieces, potatoes, garlic, onions, and plenty of seasoning. This is great to eat with chips, bread, and even rice if your diet allowed it.
