This is the OVO-TECH RX-0: an automatic egg breaker machine that can process 3000 eggs per hour. It can replace up to 5 people. It uses a gravitational, self-pacing feeder with rollers to transport eggs into its breaking section. It has especially designed knives to break the eggshells. The below video shows it in action:
