Rollets or roulades are pretty popular in my country. They are usually made with chocolate and other sweet ingredients. In this video, I made an overstuffed cheesy beef steak roulade. I used thin slices of beef, yeast dough, sliced mushrooms, green onion, parsley, 2 x eggs, mozzarella cheese, single American cheese, tomato sauce, hot sauce, and garlic powder. I simply cooked the ingredients, laid cheese on the dough, rolled it all up and put it in the oven.
