Mini Chelow Kabob with Rice

Chelow Kabab is one of my favorite Persian dishes. It is easy to make with rice, grilled tomatoes, and beef meat. In this video, I use a sausage roll maker to make tiny kebabs with tahdig rice and tomatoes on the side. The Lumme Sausage Roll Maker has non-slip feet and a non-stick design for easy cleaning.
