Loobia Polo is one of my favorite Persian recipes. It is a green bean rice that can be served with beef, lamp and other meats. In this video, I made Loobia Polo with meatballs. You simply have to cook the rice and ingredients, then add them layer by layer. You are going to need green beans, meat, onions, tomato paste, and a few other simple ingredients.
