In the past few years, we have covered plenty of cool waffle makers here. Regular waffles are delicious but they are high in carbs. In this video, I show you how I made a mini Dash Waffle maker to make keto zucchini waffles. For this recipe, I used grated zucchini, eggs, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, 2tbs coconut flour, 1tsp baking powder / garlic powder, chicken flavor, and black pepper.
You can make these delicious waffles in a a few minutes. No need to worry about carbs when having these.
