Giant Chicken Patties Lunch Idea

Here is another fun recipe for chicken meat lovers. These giant chicken patties can be made with tenderized chicken meat, chicken fry batter mix, 3 large eggs, 2 tbs of sour cream and 1tbs of baking powder. I simply mixed chicken fry with eggs, sour cream and baking powder, shaped the meat, and covered it with batter.
