The Gourmia FoodStation is one of my favorite cooking tools. It is an indoor grill that lets you air fry, roast, and grill a variety of ingredients. It has a built-in smoke extractor for indoor use. It has 6 quarts capacity. In this video, I show you how I used it to make quick turkey kebabs.
For this meal, I used 1.5lbs of turkey meat, red onion, garlic, seasoning, and black pepper. I mixed the ingredients and put the min the fridge for 2 hours. I cooked each side for 10 minutes.
