Chicken & Tuna Rolls in Lumme Sausage Roll Maker

The Lumme Sausage Roll Maker is one of my favorite appliances. It is a compact cooker that you can use to make 4 sausage rolls. It has a nonstick surface for easy cleaning. In this video, I used to make chicken and tuna rolls. I used:

• one chicken can
• 1 egg
• 4tbs oats
• 1tbs onion/garlic powder
• 2tbs parsley
• 1ts baking powder
• 1ts black pepper
• 2tbs cottage cheese
• 2tbs shredded bell pepper

For the tuna version, I used almond flour.
