I don’t know about you but I love bread. Unfortunately, it has a lot of carbs. The good news is you can always make your own bread with almond and other nut flours. You can also use Psyllium husk. In fact, I did just that to make this keto almond bread. I used:
â– 1.5 cup almond flour
■4 egg whites
â– 2tbs Psyllium Husk
â– 2tbs sour cream
â– 1tbs baking powder,
â– 1 tbs apple cider vinegar, 1tbs baking soda, pinch of salt, 1/4 cup of warm water, dried sesame
