Adasi is one of my favorite Persian meals. It is a lentil soup that you can have for breakfast, lunch or dinner. You don’t need to spend all day to make it either. In this video, I show you how I got it done in 20 minutes. I used:
■ 2 cups of washed lentil
■ 1 cup of quick oats
■ chicken broth
■ 4tbs fried onion
■ 1tb cinnamon powder
■ 1ts curry powder
vinegar, potato, beef flavor seasoning
